LaSha Music Group is a home base for producing, engineering, and playing multiple instruments. From my studio in Bel Air, MD, I work with artists to shape songs from the first idea to a finished, release-ready record—combining musicianship, technical engineering, and a focus on feel.

PRODUCTION
We help artists turn rough ideas into fully produced records—from first demo to final mix.
Production started in my high school days when my mother wanted to record an album and I wanted to be the one to do it. She said, “You can’t play piano.” By the end of two days, I presented a tape to her. “Who did this?” was the question. From that point on, I kept building ideas, helping and shaping sounds with music and artists.
Today, I guide artists through arrangement, sound selection, and performance so their songs feel finished, not just recorded.
ENGINEERING
Alphonso's engineering skills were sharpened in my early 20s, spending long hours in studios learning how to capture honest performances and shape them into records that translate everywhere. I became the person artists called when they needed their ideas to sound bigger, clearer, and more musical—whether that meant dialing in the right mic chain, rebuilding a mix from scratch, or quietly fixing the details no one else hears but everyone feels.
